COVID-19 Testing

Please be aware that the patient is responsible for testing costs if insurance denies a claim for COVID-19 testing due to medical necessity.

Rapid Testing

Rapid test results return quickly, usually within the hour. These tests are accepted for Canadian-US border travel.

Fee: $150.00

Rheonix Testing

Rheonix test results return within 48-72 hours. These tests are accepted for Canadian-US border travel.

Fee: $100.00

Canadian patients must pay at the time of services.

US patients with insurance will have their insurance company billed at the time of service but will receive a final bill if the claim for COVID-19 testing is denied.

Testing Locations

Due to current volumes, patients should call ahead for an appointment when possible, but walk-ins are available at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center locations.

The Ogdensburg Health Center Convenient Care Clinic offers both Rapid testing and Rheonix testing.
