Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Goes Red for Heart Disease

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Goes Red for Heart Disease

On Friday, February 1, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center employees joined in the American Heart Association’s National Wear Red Day by dressing in red to support the movement. Claxton-Hepburn’s Employee Wellness Team, The Hepburn Health Nuts, planned activities around the Medical Center on NationalWear Red Day to help raise awareness and educate staff, patients and visitors about the dangers of heart disease in adults. Employees were encouraged to wear red, and additional messaging was displayed in the Medical Center’s Main Lobby, Cornerstone Cafe and on the employee email system. Shown in the photo are just some of the many employees who joined the movement by dressing in red.
