Utilizing the latest in 3D digital mammography, CHMC's Breast Health Center offers comprehensive screening services. This advanced technology is crucial for early detection and can be instrumental in conducting follow-up tests to determine the nature and treatment plan for your cancer accurately. Our diagnostic toolkit also includes breast ultrasound, MRI, and biopsy options to ensure a thorough evaluation.

Even if your screening results do not indicate immediate concerns, we offer programs to assess and educate you about your breast cancer risk. This proactive approach empowers you with knowledge and peace of mind.

Breast Cancer Treatments

Women facing breast cancer receive cutting-edge treatment at the state-of-the-art Richard E. Winter Cancer Center. They are supported by an exceptional team of breast care professionals, including specialized surgeons and oncology experts, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Our breast cancer treatment services include:

• Chemotherapy
• Radiation – Our capabilities include advanced 3D conformal radiation and precision intensity-modulated radiation therapy
• Sentinel lymph node biopsy procedure to help determine breast cancer stages
• Surgery, including lumpectomy and mastectomy
