Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Recognize Radiology Staff
Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center joined in National Radiation Technology Week (NRTW), November 3-9, 2019, to call attention to the critical role our medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals play in patient care and health care safety. NRTW is celebrated annually to recognize the vital work of radiologic technologists and radiation therapists across the nation. The celebration takes place each year during the week that includes November 8 to commemorate the discovery of the x-ray by Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen on November 8, 1895. Shown in the first photo from our Radiology department are front row, Kristin Worden, Colleen Casey, Rachel Hooley, Amanda Wells, Micheline Brouillette, Annette Alkerton-Witkowski, and Amber Bailey. In the back are Makenzie Morrow, Jan Lincoln, Kennedy Murray, Wendy Denner, Kaden Dandrow, Ashlyn Foster, Autumn Fay, Ruthann Badlam, and Julie Bush. In the bottom photo are Claxton-Hepburn’s Richard E. Winter Cancer Center radiation oncology staff Shauna Amo, Jan Slate, and Mike Henrie.
