Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Recognizes  National Cardiac Rehabilitation Week

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center joins the National Cardiac Rehabilitation Week recognition, February 9-15, 2020, to draw focused national attention to heart health and the role of cardiac rehabilitation in reducing potentially devastating effects of heart disease. National Cardiac Rehabilitation Week was initiated by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation to focus national attention on cardiac rehabilitation’s contribution to the improvement of the health and physical performance of individuals at risk for heart disease and those individuals diagnosed with heart disease or dysfunction.
