Every year Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s Food Service Department receives handmade Valentines to put on patient meal trays over the holiday from Heuvelton Central School Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten students. This year it was opened up to elementary kids up to 4th grade. Over 70 handmade valentines were created by the students, and Heuvelton School teacher, Mrs. Nancy Mashaw-Wilson coordinated the event. Shown in the photo with their valentines seated are Easton Herron, Haley Riordan and Natalie Savage. In the back row is Ashlynn Young, Avery McLear, MaKenna Chase and Michele Catlin, community outreach coordinator at Claxton-Hepburn.
