Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center joins the National Diabetes Education Week celebration, November 4--10, 2018. During this week we recognize our two certified diabetes educators, Karen Cole, RN, BSN, CDE, and Shannon Van House, RN, CDE and all that they do to help those affected by diabetes.
