The Madrid Health Center serves the healthcare needs of the Madrid community and surrounding communities by providing pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric primary care. 

Appointments may be made by calling 322-8947. Walk-ins welcome. Open Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
