Heuvelton Health Center

The Heuvelton Health Center serves the healthcare needs of the Heuvelton community and surrounding communities by providing pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric primary care. 

Appointments may be made by calling 344-6621. Walk-ins welcome. Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
