Hammond Health Center

The Hammond Area Health Center serves the healthcare needs of the Hammond community and surrounding communities by providing pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric primary care. 

Appointments can be made by calling 324-5941. Walk-ins are accepted. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
