Position: Registered Nurse

Status: Full-Time, Nights

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center has an immediate opening for a full-time Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department. This position is a 12-Hour Night Shift opening. A sign-on bonus up to $3,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.

Position Summary:

A clinically competent registered nurse who provides immediate, specialized emergency care with a multi-disciplinary emergency medical service provider team.  Must possess the basic and advance theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Qualifications:

Valid and current registration N.Y.S. RN license.  Preferred minimum of two years medical/surgical experience.  One-year experience required. Must have ACLS and Critical Care Course.  Critical Care background and CEN preferred.  Demonstrates knowledge of growth & development across the life span and ability to use that knowledge to individualize the plan and delivery of care.
